V view New member Aug 14, 2005 #3 2-3 here as well. as of now there are only really two ab exercises i can do without discomfort. and they would be kneeling rope crunches, and weighted decline situps. everything else seems to activate my hip flexors in a discomforting way.

D danaf1 New member Aug 14, 2005 #4 If they aren't sore when I go train I do abs, same with calves. Probably 3-4x a week tops.
