I don't work out at home but I do work out right up the street at my uncles house. Its .2 miles up the street and no 1 is ever home, its great having it all to yourself.
I hate the gym! I hate the people in the gym! Have you ever seen the " morons at the gym" thread?
It's my uncles house but my equipment.
It was a trade off, I get a nice big basement to workout in and he doesn't have to pay a gym membership anymore.
We got everything you really need.
Bench and rack combination.
You know the kind you pull the bench out raise the bar pins and there is your squat rack.
Dip Machine
Pull up bar
A rack of about 2 dozen solid db's and a rack of interchangeable ones.
Preacher curl
Declined sit up bench
Curl bar
5 foot straight bar with thick grip.
Everything you need to do a decent 5x5.
I would really like to have a cable pull and a peck deck, those are the only things I really miss from the gym.
Unc is talking about an addition late this summer that would give us even more room. So maybe I'll start shopping around the interwebs.

Even when I worked like a slave I still made it to the gym. Always went at night though, didn't feel right in the morning.
Wasn't at as strong and I would get tired during the day sometimes too because work sucked. (late hours)
 
I wo either in the basement at home or in the half ass gym at work. The gym at work makes for a good lunchtime though.

I'm up at 430am . And at the gym by 5. At the bus stop by 730 for work. I got a key to a sick athletic performance gym so we got sleds ropes platforms and all the good stuff.

its hella hard, i havent worked out consistently in 9 months lol
I am joining a gym again tonight actually, gonna do a modified 5x5 for 4-5 months then hop back on a jiuce like a boss, but being a dad for 3 hours straight gets me flustered and i cant multitask, so i need a gym to get back to my OG life
 
Im a shift worker on 12s, probably similiar to what you do. I work out at 130 or two on nights and off days.7pm when on days. I only work out 3nights a month mon,wed,fri so its not bad. Only work 7 daylights and seven midnights a month.
