Work out split??

Hey ladies, I just have gone back to the gym since my major liver surgery back in November. Ill be posting my diet in another thread but I do need help on a workout split/routine which days to work out what with etc. Ill be hitting the gym 4 days a week along with 30 min on EFX machine. Im 5'1 108 lbs unsure of bodyfat % will know by tomm. Main goals are to get lean and toned.
 
THe workout plan on The Shadow Project is a good one and never gets boring. Check for the link in the "Are you new to EF Ladies Board - START HERE" sticky at the top of the board. It is listed in its entirety and also a summarized form in the first couple paragraphs.
