Damnit!!! I only got 350 up 4 times... and the fourth one was a struggle. Guess I'll just have to wait till next Wed to hit that 350x5 mark.

I don't do deads, I do clean and press though...

Favorite lift is incline dumbell flys...
 
Yes, my favorites change from time to time. I actually like it that way, so I can stay motivated. sometimes it's squats, sometimes deads... sometimes shoulders. Hey, I'll take it. Keeps things interesting.

No worries, but I do feel like I pull light weight.. 350 is 2x my body weight, so its not bad, but I want it to get higher...



My fav switches between deads and squats... my squats are at 295x5... trying to get it up to 2x my body weight to help with my vertical.
