WOOT!!! It's Deadlifting day

So... I know none of you fattys really go to the gym... But I still get excited for Wednesdays cuz its my deadlifting day. I'm going for a PR of 350x5 today.

Anyone else get excited to do certain lifts?? or just to go to the gym in general?
 
i like calves day. i never really got into deads i can do them and everything just never went up in weight. i have a fear of breaking my back
 
495 for a triple today!

But I need to back-off and go up more slowly. Haven't done a lot of DL's lately, so my grip and hands are weaker than my back.

I soooo love DL day, but most of my other lifts are off afterward. I always get that "just got hit by a car" feeling for the rest of the day.

I get this way after a leg day. I havnt done dead's in a little while. But i do like doing them i need to incorporate them into my training again.
 
I laugh mockingly at people who dont do deads :) a heavy PR triple is an almost religous experience. I feel like Sasquatch after I deadlift..Sasquatch that go run over by a tractor, but sasquatch none the less. I love people going "man your crazy" after i lift.
