i run a similiar delt workout.. but no shrugs!
i do shrugs on back day.

deltoid workout:

seated dumbell presses 4 sets
side laterals 4 sets
wide grip upright rows 4 sets
reverse fly machine 4 sets

I see people doing the reverse flys all the time,it just looks silly.in youre oppinoun was that exrsice werth doing for shoulder devalopment.

absolutey worth doing bro!

the rear delts are worked anytime you do pulling movements (back work).
but for very well rounded rear delts you MUST do some isolated rear delt exercises. you must!!!!!!!!!!!!!

actually best done on back day...
but i sometime do em on delt day.. all depends on my training rotation that week.

the machine reverse fly's are my favorite, although many the same movement via free weights... i prefer the machine!!

that works out perfict for me cuz I have bin looking for something to add to my back,biecep days.I always leave the gym on thous days fealing like I need to be doing more.

Shit bro, after I leave the gym on Bi and Back day I can't lift my arms above my head. I crush that shit. Chest day is the day where I think I could have done more!! :Chef: :tuc:

I do the same with my bis but I would like to feel like my back is going to explode to
I kill my chest and trise,I litterly cant move after that work out.same with shoulders.
btw I have bin making grate ganes in my back but it just feels like I could be doing more.

most painful workout for me is BY FAR deltoids!!
they hurt so bad that i have cant drop my arms to the side...
the weight of the arms makes my delts HURT! so i have to cross my arms for 15-20 minutes post workout...

2nd most painful is legs,.. ouch!

3rd is triceps. . i like to torture those puppies!!
