Hey, i need to make a solid routine for my GF but i dont really know how to go about this as im not certain how to train women, and coming from a powerlifting background i think i will end up focusing to much on compound movements. She swam for 14 years, has got a very good base, stomach stays flat, usually stores fat in her hips, i think she looks great but she is not sastified and has to be doing some kind of acivity since she gave up swimming. She is pretty strong, broad shoulders, very devoloped back, anywho i was just looking for advice on a routine for her, she will be doing cardio on top of course. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.
