that's a different story than waiting for your soul mate. The example you put forth is of the a-typical gold digger. Well that gold digger isn't exactly waiting for her "soul mate", she's waiting for "easy street"......big difference. I see no problem with waiting for one's soul mate as long as the criteria for such a person is not based on the material bullshit this world seems to favor. Settling, in such a case, means marrying someone who doesn't fullfill you completely on an emotional and spiritual level. People, men and women alike, should hold out for this.......if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. Settling never makes one happy. The children of such a union are ALWAYS aware of it......and hence it passes down to the next generation. It's why the faults of the parents are seemingly always mimicked by their children in this society.

no offense, but i think those woman you just described...are still single because they are shallow. (sorry to generalize) There are a lot of good men out there, and to overlook someone becuase of some slight flaw is ridiculous. Your never going to have the "total package". There is a lot more to a person than just their phsyical appearance.
