I don't think its a great idea either, but I think you need some input from those of the opposite sex of what they have used and tried. From what I've seen and heard, Var is pretty popular with the ladies and certainly a better option

Thanks guys, shes.competed before in bikini but she wasn't happy with the 'beach blonde bitch' look if you know what I mean. Shes no stranger to good diet and knows her way around the gym better than most dudes. Ill try to get her on here to ask the ladies
