I woke up with a terrible pain in my upperback this morning (around the rhomboids area), it hurts just to walk up straight. I did standing calf raises yesterday and I'm thinking I probably (improperly) rested the weight on my lower back instead of my shoulders. What can I do to lessen/stop the pain? I missed my back WO on Monday and plan to do chest and back today, would it worsen it if I go ahead and work out, should I just rest?
