Wodin Wodin, Who's Got the Wodin?

Hmm...I've enver seen any lego fabric....but, I bet there is some out there...I could even have different coloured fabric sewn and quilted together to look like lego...that'd be neat.......I'm only making quilts to sell cause our son is going to speech therapy and we gotta pay for it, which is big bucks.......I would gladly get some strategy gonig on a lego quilt of sorts, but, since there'd be alot of work going into it, I'd need some sort of assurance that you'd want it....like a down payment....I wouldn't want to put all that work into something for nothing.......I'm sure you understand.....I said the same thing to Wodin....I'm going to eventually make his wife a quilt........if you're serious, Shrebly, let me know....I can do it

Let me see if I can order the fabric first - there are several outlet places that deal with hard to find items. He would shit his pants if he opened a box at Christmas and saw a lego quilt. My god, I can just see him - he passed out at Toys R Us a few months ago when he saw the new line of Bionicals being advertised. No joke.

There are a few places around here that deal with the fabrics but the big one is over in Lakeside - Big Buck's neck of the woods.

Let me see what I can dig up. How much material does a quilt usually require in case they ask how much I am looking for?

Will pay shipping and handling both ways plus insurance and your skillz of course.

How much fabric depends on how big you want the quilt.
I'd say, altogether, 8 yards.

I had to post this pic...

check out the lego desk!!!!!!!!

Ahhhhhh... fully functional, supports a computer, printer, monitor and has working drawers!!!

Cool, I will see if I can get my hands on ten yards just to be on the safe side. I will PM you later or post on this thread what I find. If I can't find Lego material then I can probably silkscreen a design onto some fabric.

Nope, I will send you the cash up front once I get the material or get some white material silk screened. Is there a certain type of material I should get if I will need to silk screen the design on it? Not sure if it goes by weight [like paper 20# bond] or by the thread count [like sheets].
