Wodin - how much do you bench?

you underestimate Wodin

I think he benches 365 x 20 on INCLINE on his SPEED day

As impressive as it probably is, it's like being impressed by a
500 lb Bengal Tiger or 700 lb Grizzly Bear Eating a man with ease.

I honestly don't know what my 1rm is. I don't do 1rm.

I just lift stuff.

My main focus is inclines. I want superman titties.

Incline dumbells are your friend then (which I'm sure you already knew) I can balance a full pint glass on my upper chest thanks to these beauties.

Heavy
I'll say 315 - 450 range.

Light 225 - 350.

Your over 500 on the flat right Bodhi?

Last time I did flat bar bench was a little over a year ago. I don't know now what I'd flat bench now on the bar. I do flat with Dbs and they only go up to 150. I usually hit 5 - 6 sets on the Dbs.

It is better to take small loads if possible. Use your legs. Do not bend and twist when standing!. Leaning forward from the waist causes maximum pressure on your lower back (i.e. vacuuming, shoveling). Bend your knees when bending down to pick up an object. When lifting, keep the load as close to your body as possible. Do not flex forward when carrying the object as this also creates a lot of pressure on the joints of your low back Remember….a straight back is the best position!
