7:30am 1/4 c. OF oats, 1 T oat bran, 1 T. flax seed
2 eggs

10am 15 almonds

12pm 5 almonds

6:30pm spinach pasta, peas, mushrooms, ricotta & parmesan cheese

Guessing about 900 calories for the day. :worried: However, the GMAT is over (got 650, needed 550 so I guess it went OK) and hopefully I'll be back to the whole shmeer very soon!

7pm 1/2 block curried tofu, 1/3 c (raw) rice, 1 c. cooked broccoli

Fitday totals: 1751 calories, 25/36/39 P/C/F

A little high on the fat, but it is in the almonds, egg yolk and olive oil from supper. Even with the higher cals today, I'm hungry from the low calories yesterday. Probably take a couple of days to catch up - sucking back the water too.

I'm getting light headed quite a bit. My blood pressure is quite low - no sodium watching for me!

MUCH better today on the cals!! :heart: Now, keep it going! ;)

I wonder why you are getting light headed so frequently? Have you had this problem before? :worried:
 
Had a 45 minute good solid walk last night. Felt WONDERFUL! And I wasn't coughing at the end, so I think I'm just about done!

About 300 calories low today - but we're headed out to friends tonight (hockey on!) so I suspect I'll get into the munchies.

IP, I've had dizzy spells before, but it gets very pronounced now when I don't get enough calories or get too little water or sodium. I haven't fainted or fallen over yet, but I keep expecting it! I have naturally low blood pressure (60:100 ish) and the clean diet, while it is great for overall health, can be lower in sodium than I used to eat. Spike the sucker with salt! Funny story - as a child I think I knew that 'instinctively' because I used to eat salt by the handful, literally. Then I got 'wiser' and quit eating salt (and started on the potato chips :chomp: . .)

I don't think your fat is too high. Sometimes mine goes up to 42-45 grams. As long as the fat and protein are the two highest macros you have "that day", you should be ok. It would just be considered more of a "low carb" day.

No idea on totals - the rice crust quiche kinda stumped me in FitDay. I suspect the calories were low, if anything.

Gotta get the mind back into the weights. It'll happen!

Just dropping in - my computer is having 'popup hiccups' and I might have to send the poor thing into the computer hospital to get them fixed.

I'm also off to the north country for a week to visit family and hang out before school starts again in May. Have a good week or so, everyone!

(or, alternately, the cat came back . . )

Somebody just stuck my life in the mixmaster and turned it on PUREE. Well, it's probably not THAT bad. I'd planned to be in 'my current location' for about two years, finishing school. My husband has a job offer from a startup development company (he's in trades) that will put us on the road constantly for the next few years. I AM GOING TO FINISH MY SCHOOL ANYWAY - I'm not fond of distance ed. but I'm going to finish this thing if it kills me!

Nutrition and training are going to be a big part of that. I'm clean on diet, but I have to get the exercise going again. I'm such a wuss - I don't want to be on the floor with cramps, true, but is that an excuse? Aigh!

Exercised each of the last three days - walks every day for at least 30 minutes and flew a kite in the bright sun for most of the afternoon today.

Women's Forum is turning into Logger Land - wow! It's great!

Diet is clean and I've lost another 3-5 lbs, down to 130ish. I'll check my caliper pinches, but I'm not going to be surprised if my BF% is up, since I've been slack on the exercise.

Dr says I have adenomyosis - evidently a form of endometriosis. Does anyone on here have the same thing and exercise hard w/o problems? (Guys, if you say you HAVE it, I'm gonna ask about your sex change!)

I'm off to the west coast for a ten-day kayaking trip. I'm a kayak guide when I can find the time and this is the next level of training. See you all when I get back!
