7:30am 1/4 c. OF oats, 1 T oat bran, 1 T. flax seed
2 eggs
10am 15 almonds
12pm 5 almonds
6:30pm spinach pasta, peas, mushrooms, ricotta & parmesan cheese
Guessing about 900 calories for the day.
However, the GMAT is over (got 650, needed 550 so I guess it went OK) and hopefully I'll be back to the whole shmeer very soon!
