Stick around this site for a few months and read the current and past threads. You have to do some research.
 
I like winstrol as its low impact on liver.. I dont want to get pimples either and dont want to have my balls destructed :)

I am 1.93 m tall and weight almost 85 kg
 
bro...being that the above answers are probably not the ones u were looking for (i do agree with them though) the norm is that for a first cycle u should use test by itself. don't start stacking and using multiple compounds until you know how your boddy reacts.

if you dont want your liver to get all fucked...then just stay away from orals...not that they really fuck your dhit up either unless you abuse and get careless.

personally...i used anavar for my first cycle at low doses and would recommend it too. it's mild but would be a nice introduction to AAS. if you use anavar after doing heavy cycles...you'll probably be disapointed unless you use my doses...100mg/day for 8 weeks :evil:

have very tight schedules m8.. I have a pretyy good diet but not an insame one ( counting calories)

about training: 3 times a week ( cant go more to the gym as study too much-> medschool)
 
if your diet is spot on and training and you have been religiously training to your max potential and got to a point were you cant make gains, then start off with test 250mgs per week you could throw in some anavar too, that should be a friendly cycle

Ya, just run test for your first cycle, as long as your training hard and eating right your make good gains and by the way winstrol is the most hepatoxic steroid on your liver, it does not have low impact as you said.
 
3 Days a week is not enough if you are going to be juicing MATE! Try to up it to at least 4 preferably 5 in my opinion. Start with a low dose of test and throw in some winstrol towards the end of the cycle.

Agree......You need to be able to really dedicate yourself when it comes to training. Continue training naturally and you can always think about something else when your schedule will permit you to give it 100%. Good luck

Research and education is the key. Too many people jump in to this without weighing out the pros and cons.

By the way Winstrol will shut you down also. Just a heads up

Bro, finishing med school or just going to med school is an accomplishment to start with and one to be proud of. I consider myself to be a dedicated lifter/bodybuilder, not competitive, just the competition within me. I went back to school to finish a 17 month bachelors program. At different times in life we have to set different priorities. In high school I was so skinny you could have swore that I had cancer. I was 5'10 and 119 lbs. Hell, I had to gain weight to go into the military, that is pretty bad, lol. Then I trained hard 5x week and gained 30 lbs first year training. There are times when the wife and kids have had to take priority over training. When I went back to school I dropped down to 2 or three times a week. basically i could only train on weekends due to the demands of school and working full time. Med school is a full time job, make it your number one priority till you finish.
If your only working 3x a week that is wonderful with your work load. Please don't consider steroids till you can dedicated 5 x a week to lifting. After med school, you can make this a higher priority in your life. You can gain naturally with hard work and diet in check. If your in med school your smart bro, use your brain. I know psychologically how tempting it is with our self esteem and ego's to want to use steroids. There is a time and place in life for it. Yours may not be right now.

its not that I do not know the mechanisms of action of steroids ; the way they work with the DNA through the HRE and the HSP90 ; the endocrine axis and so on. I know in depth about the general idea of how they work but do not know in depth the actions of particular ones.
As some guys have already said and I said I agreed; I wont be having any gear for the time being.
When I decide to start with them I ll study in depth my hepatogram and other studies to know how high is my risk

swissdoc, I will say this as politely as possible while giving you the best advice possible. You have no business starting any kind of A A S right now. Aside from the fact that you have very little "practical" (not medical) knowledge (which is why you are here in the first place), you do not have sufficient time to invest in training at the gym and following a proper diet. A A S are NOT a substitute for proper training and diet, it is a compliment to them.

Also, I'm not sure if you're completely recovered yet from your major surgeries, but keep in mind that the theory is if you're engaging in A A S, you are pushing your body beyond your typical daily limits. That being said, you run the risk of increased injury if you're not careful. Given your surgeries, I would be even more concerned.

Give yourself time to learn more from those more experienced, make sure you are fully recovered, find yourself enough time to train at least 4-5 days per week, and follow an appropriate diet. Then you will be ready for A A S.

have you had a titanium prosthesis in you lumbar area holding 5 vertebras?
did you ever had a catheter in your urethra as the trauma that broke your vertebra has so hard that fucked up your bladder?
have you had another surgery to remove your prosthesis as it was being ripped off and when being taken you lost LCR and you felt so dizzy that even light caused you want to vomit?
have you had you you rotula broken in 3 parts ?
Have you spent 12 hours memorizing insertions of human muscles?
have you even touched a muscle in your entire life? (not just the skin covering the muscle)

I think that injecting a thing you most likely dont know how it works and crossing you fingers for a muscle to grow without understanding the way it interacts with other factors wont lead you anywhere. You might have muscle and you ignore most of the things going on.

@Zyglamail: I said it in a funny way. what i meant to say is that I didnt want someone to notice I did grew up quite a lot if he/she did not see me for a 1 moth for example :p. I was asking for a ""light"" A S

You were right when said I dont have it with A S although I have it in aspects of medicine.
