im not worried about getting caught, they dont test atall, that i have seen soo far unless we make it to a tourney, and the season just ended not too long ago so i have another 6months. as for food, im trying to get on a good diet, im kinda on and off but yester i was on because i had class, and its easy to go to the caf, and eat multiple times.
mrning 3 cups oatmeal, protein shake
prelnch six inch double turkey sub mustard no mayo
lunch grilled chicken caesar salad used only half the dressing, bag of sunchips, powerade
postlunch other half of double turkey sub
got home had a protein shake
dinner just mac and cheese, and another shake
i usually just drink powerade, or flavored water throughout the day
i eat alot throughout the day, its just usually a matter of when and how healthy the food i eat is.
