Your 20 you have all the natural test your system you need. Eat god dammit and don’t bitch about your busy fucking life if it is important to you then YOU will make it happen. I know several females on the woman’s forum working 2 job going to school and training for a comp they find time to prep there food, train and get everything done I am pretty dam sure you could too. There is no quick fixs it is constancy in diet and training that will make your gains. You do the cycle and you might gain some size but I bet money that you will lose it within a month two of being off.
 
if i was 26 or 28 no one would be saying anything negative and would help me out, but instead you all are focusing on the age. I play a sport i want a boost, ive worked out, ive suplimented, watched what i take in, and nothing happend but a loss of body fat, went from 215 coming into college, to 193 rite now (off a one month ankle injury). This isnt some neive punk wanted to gear up just to look good at the beach. I dnt want to spend a whole year or more nit picking every little thing i do to get small results, and see myself running out of time in my college sports career. I have no reason to want to do this once im out of the athletics ring. so please help me out, give some advice, becasue we all started from the bottom.

Yes we have all had to start somewhere, whether you believe it or not people here are looking out for your best interest. If you get caught juicing your college ball career will be over period. If you juice in the off season as not to get caught but don’t sustain eating enough you will lose your gains sorry that is a fact! Do me a favor humor us all and list exactly what you ate yesterday and what time.

P.S Tren is a really shit choice if you are looking to sustain your cardio endurance a great number of tren users complain about being winded easily on it.
 
im not worried about getting caught, they dont test atall, that i have seen soo far unless we make it to a tourney, and the season just ended not too long ago so i have another 6months. as for food, im trying to get on a good diet, im kinda on and off but yester i was on because i had class, and its easy to go to the caf, and eat multiple times.
mrning 3 cups oatmeal, protein shake
prelnch six inch double turkey sub mustard no mayo
lunch grilled chicken caesar salad used only half the dressing, bag of sunchips, powerade
postlunch other half of double turkey sub
got home had a protein shake
dinner just mac and cheese, and another shake
i usually just drink powerade, or flavored water throughout the day

i eat alot throughout the day, its just usually a matter of when and how healthy the food i eat is.

About how many grams of protien per shake?
 
Ok saying you get all your shakes and meals in you are doing pretty good in terms of intake. The thing is consitancy how often are you getting all this in. Be honest with yourself cause if you don't keep the diet up after cycle you will not keep the gains.

My suggestion get in a bit more protien aim for 2 x body weight also up your good fats instead of sun chips have raw almonds or walnuts have 1/2 a cup several times in the day. If you were aiming to be a bodybuilder I would pick apart your diet a lot more.

As for drugs lke I said tren is not a good choice if your looking to keep up cardio endurance eq would probably be a better option as it also pumps up your appetite.
 
o ya im not gunna lie, i have class four days a week and i def eat like this four days because its alot easier when on campus to get everyhting i need during breaks and what not, i get lazy when i'm home, so i tend to eat larger meals less frequently throughout the day.
