Winstrol + sust cycle.. Gyno.. Nolvadex or arimidex????

i´m doing a 3 month cycle sust 250 500mg/week and winstrol 150mg/week.... this is my third shot and i´ve noticed slight puffiness around my breast tissue.. should i be aware for gyno?? i do have nolvadex in hand, is it time to use it? if so.. at what dosE? From what ive read... its better to take ARIMIDEX during the cycle rather than doing nolvadex,,, any recomended dose?

First make sure that your not just paranoid, cause 250mg isnt that high for sus.....If in fact you are having a gyno flare-up, (i mean for a fact!!!!!). Then start taking 40 mg nolvadex per day untilthe symptoms go away. Once they go away take 20 mg for a couple days longer......This is what I was told to do in the past....should do the job bro. good luck.
