Any one know whats the proper way to take the liquid drops? Full squez feels up half the dropper, which is sapousto be = to a 50mg dose. I been dropping 1/4 in the morning and 1/4 8hrs later under my tongue. Taste nasty my eyes start to water how hot it gets.
Can I go higher than 50mg a day
