Winstrol - 1 dose or divided doses?

Since winny got a halflife of about 8 hours, I was wondering if I should divide the dose of 50mg into 25mg AM and PM. Or would it be the same resualt if i take 50mg AM?

I am increasing the dosage to about 75mg ED, should I take that in 3 doses, 2 doses or just 1 dose?

I am by no means an expert on Winny but I've always split it up....but I'll let the Winny experts give a better answer..
