New to the forum. I am 6'4" and 290lbs. I am on a solid diet lots of protein and relatively low carb. I can get zambons of winny 50mg. and wonder if 50mg on workout days at 350/mg per week is a good amount. M-F I work out 2 hours per day. I do cardio in the morning for about forty-five minutes and hit the weights for about an hour to and hour and fifteen at night. I am not real interested in gaining alot of size as I am already a big guy. Any input would be nice. Also, this would be my first cycle ever.

When I first saw this I was like, "oh great, another fuckin CAN YOU DRINK WINNY?! thread..." :qt:

To be very upfront and honest with you, Winny is not your best choice for a first cycle. To begin with, it's a 17-alpha alkylated oral that is harsh on your liver, sends your lipid profile to hell, and for a guy your size, may have untoward effects on your joints. Almost always, a test-only first cycle is the way to go. Test is a naturally-produced compound that your body will readily recognize, minimizing side effects. I would go long acting ester of test, test-e or test-cyp about 500mg Q week, with Nolva on standby and HCG and Clomid for PCT. No disrespect intended, but if you do not totally understand this last sentence, it would be wise to read up a little more.

I take it you are just trying to "cut-up" bro?

How's your diet.

Give us an example of your meals throughout an average day

without knowing more, im assuming that you just want to cut up? IMO your first cycle should be 250mg-500mg test per week. with the proper ancillarys on hand and for PCT.

that said, my first cycle was a winny only cycle. I got great results, but most of the results were probably due to the fact that i was dieting hardcore and doing TONS of cardio.
 
I am trying to cut fat and get cut. As for my diet it usually consists of egg whites, water and maybe some cottage cheese. Chicken breast, greens and water for lunch. Afternoon snack of chicken breast or tuna and water. Dinner is usually chicken or fish, a green vegetable and water. I appreciate any help you guys may offer.
 
I very much like this site. I have found it to be very informative and I would like to thank everyone for the information already provided. I forgot in the previous one to mention I am a 31 year old male, lifting for the last 6 months. Would like to slim down the fat and ad some muscle but nothing over the top bodybuilder style. Although it looks awesome just not my style. Thanks again for all of the information.
 
You will need to take winny everday at 50 mg to keep the concentration in your body stable since winny has a rather short half-life. I would recommend at least running it for 6-8 weeks. I would personally add some test to your cycle, but guys like Scout swear by winny only cycles.

Would you recommend this with my heavy body weight? I have spoke with several people today and they have kind of scared me away until I get a little more fit with just diet and training.

now that you have given more info, i think the general concensus will be that you wait until you have been lifting for longer(a few years), and get your bf down.
Winny will not make you cut or loose fat, it will just make you harder looking. I repete, it WILL NOT burn fat.
do as the other people you talked to suggested, lift more, get fit with just a solid diet and training.

with a good diet and training routein you will be surprised at the results you can achive. the diet forum should be able to help you out with your diet. Seriously, the diet is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of fitness.

Well, you are 290 lb's and your main concern is shedding bodyfat, so I am going to say you are around 16-18% Bf based upon you stating that you have been lifting and keeping active. Winny is not a fat loss drug. It will not magically shed the fat off of you. Only diet and cardio will be able to help you do that. winny is good to help maintain muscle mass while dieting, but you should consider using test instead of the winny. I would recommend you keep lifting naturally and get down that way. When you feel you have hit a plateua and feel that you are fit enough for AAS, then thats when I would add it as an aid.
 
jus a fyi winny doesnt burn off fat thats all in your diet and training but when you do get lean it will harden you up and be very noticable, it seems that its a big misconception that winny is a diet steriod, i can see how people come up with this idea cuz its deff used in the cutting stages. good luck bro i think you should keep up the hard work and get your b/f down im not sure what it is but from your post it seems like it might be a lil hi
 
My decision has been made I would like to thank all of you guys for the input. I am going to continue on the natural route and track my results. Any good OTC supplements you guys can recommend? Thanks again for the helpful information. The last thing I want to do is to incur long-term damage through my lack of knowledge.

I think that is a very good decision bro. more responsible then most newbies around here. Diet is the key to any goal, wether it be cutting or bulking. I personally dont use any otc suppliments except maybe eca to speed up matabolism(caffine, ephedrine, asprin) some other guys may be able give you advice on otc
when you stop gaining naturally, then maybe think along the line of AS, but for now it seems like you have natural potential

That's really good to hear. Since you are doing a diet already, post it here. Times and meals, i.e. all the meals quantities and types of food (example: 1 cup of oatmeal). I'll work with you on the diet and see if we can get you dialed in.
 
Mr. X's post will yield you more results than any Winny cycle. If there's one thing to be learned here, it's that the diet is always the key to unlocking your potential. Cutting or gaining, small changes in frequency or types and amounts can give you the results that you want. Stay with it.... :)
 
6:45 am - Rode stationary bike for a hard 30 minutes
7:30 am - 2 egg whites w/ no fat salsa and water
10:00 am - 1 small serving cottage cheese and water
12:00 pm - will have grilled chicken breast, green beans w/no salt and water

i think he meant that he has had those 3 so far today and will post up the other 3 or 4 after he eats then today? i dont know, thats my take on it
 
That is correct. I will be eating another piece of grilled chicken in five minutes along with water. Just showing my normal daily intake. Grilled fish, asparagus and a little fruit for dinner. Cottage cheese for snack around 7:00 pm. I just wanted to see if you guys thought that was sufficient for daily intake while working out.

for cutting right? its not enough to be putting on muscle.
