New to the forum. I am 6'4" and 290lbs. I am on a solid diet lots of protein and relatively low carb. I can get zambons of winny 50mg. and wonder if 50mg on workout days at 350/mg per week is a good amount. M-F I work out 2 hours per day. I do cardio in the morning for about forty-five minutes and hit the weights for about an hour to and hour and fifteen at night. I am not real interested in gaining alot of size as I am already a big guy. Any input would be nice. Also, this would be my first cycle ever.
