im about to start a cycle of winny but i have a few questions..........im 200 pounds and about 11% bf.... i just bought a 20ml spectra winny and was wondering if 20 shots was enough gear to attain my goal of 7-5% bf.......any input on winny would be appeciated

100% correct. Gear doesnt burn fat...well...except for fina, but a good diet geared towards burning fat is the key.

exactly...if all you want to do is lose fat then send the winny to me and i will gain some muscle with it. just watch your diet and do cardio.

no aas will burn fat you must learn to train and diet and 20ml is not enough to even think about cycling
