Winny V / Black Pearl Side Effects

I am taking 50mg v ed oral and on occasion drinking a Black Pearl drink from vpx labs. I sometimes experience a fluid feeling in my inner ear like you get when you fly or drive at higher elevations. Other times I can feel tension IN the left side of my neck at the base of my skull. It usually starts about a third of the way through a set and gets almaost unbearable. Last night the wife was giving me a rub job and it started to hurt and lasted well after I was done. Anybody ever have this efeect from either of the two sups I mentioned. It only happens when I have taken one of them or both.

I just checked it ( 132/67 ) nothing bad there. Any other experiences out there?
