Winny Question

Ok ive been around the forums for a decent amount of time now, so I feel im not out of line by asking this. Ive been working out(basic 3x10) now for about 8-9 months. However ive only been dieting for about 3 months along with strict cardio. I want to be ripped and lean, not necessarily huge. Im thinking of doing the oral form of winny that I saw on a website that a couple of friends have used, but I dont think im allowed to say the name of the website openly here...If I do take winny, do I have to keep on cycling to maintain my results, or will my regular workout regimen along with cardio maintain it for me? Really any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, hypotheticaly speaking of course, I have a friend  who needs a reliable source, so purely hypothetically speaking how would he go about getting one, so I can help him out?
To help you formulate an answer; Im 19, lift weights mwf(3x10), my diet is clean, cardio 4-5 days a week.

Before cardio

after cardio

AAS are not necessary at your age to get the results you're looking for. I would suggest plenty of calories from clean sources, a good lifting routine and plenty of cardio. Your first cycle will be your best - don't waste it with winny at the age of 19.

Yes, you can drink the winny :D

alright you are too young but youll hear that from everyone on here aleady. you need to maintain a clean diet and hit the weights and cardio alot more. you have not been training long enough to use AAS in the first place, and winny will not get you ripped just so you know. winny is more suited for those with lower body fat looking to harden up and increase vascularity.

creatine
protein
glutamine

thats all you need for now.
