I got some winny today 100 amps ,ip i think ,ive never used it before ,i asked for 100 ip winny tabs is that it..

its amp with white stuff in it like milk

it has a yellow band around the centre of the amp and it says

Yes you can Inject it or swallow it. I always injest it tough so I couldnt tell you how the results are if you drink it. I have heard that it shows pretty much the same gains though.Just drink one 50mg amp each day if thats how your going to do it,but personalyy I'd just inject it. If your going to do it you mine as well do it right.
