Need Advice

I'm an athlete that needs to get in shape by the end of August. My main goal is to shred body fat and get cut. What is the best/quickest way to go about doing this. I don't have much time, and the research i've been doing has been mostly online and i don't know who to trust. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well i hate to tell you but there is no way you are going to get in shape in that short of time frame, Budybuilding takes years of learning what works and what doesn't because everyone's metabolism is different.
Read the diet & training boards that would be a good start.

cool thanks,im not really trying to get in body building,i like where im at,240 6feet tailback i just want to get extra cut and loose about 10 pounds,any suggestions

The diet board will give you suggestions on food for building muscle and trimming fat.

also some thermorexin from the AF store will help.
