win with anadrol and test

hello everyone. let me start by saying that i am still relatively new to aas use. i have done a lot of reading on aas uses and side effects and i have done 2 cycles. my first cycle was 6 weeks of dbol with decent results and my second was a 12 week cycle of test e with 5 weeks of dbol. i had great results on the second cycle.

i am 5'10", 200lbs, 13% body fat. i am about to start a 12 week cycle of test e 500 mg/wk with 4 weeks of anadrol 50mg/day at the beginning. i would like to take winstrol tabs for the last 4 weeks at 50mg/day but i'm unsure if this would be a good idea. i don't know how hard this would be on my liver with the anadrol at the beginning.

anyone input would be appreciated.
 
I've never done it but I know that drol with winny would be VERY hard on the liver. I wouldn't do it.
 
i wouldnt take the chance bro..i think anadrol...is one oral you dont want to run another one with..its very harsh on your liver.. just stick to the anadrol for the jumpstart and save the winstrol for another cycle bro.
 
that's pretty much what i thought. thanks for the input. i think i'll wait until closer to summer for the winstrol.
 
i get between 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb every day. i keep my fat intake as low as possible. most of the fat intake comes from the skin of the chicken i eat and the lowfat milk i use to mix my powder with. i'm not really monitoring my carb intake right now, but most of my carbs come from whole grain sources.

i'm using a 5 day training cycle right now. day one is devoted to chest. it's the hardest part for me to develope so it gets it's own day. day 2 is back and shoulders. day three is bi's and tri's. day four is legs. the fifth day is a rest day. i alternate running and abs every other day. once i start my cycle it will be close to the same thing except that running will go down to twice a week, there will be no off day and i will work out twice a day. heavy in the morning and light in the evening.

Weight training twice a day....this cant be that productive..plus your just burning off extra calories that help with gainging weight.
 
yeah i know it's a lot. i did it on the last dbol/test cycle i did and it felt really good. i'm also only able to work in the gym for about an hour at a time. one session just doesn't feel like it's enough when i'm on cycle and that was with the dbol starter. i can only imagine that it will be same with the drol starter. if it does turn out to be to much i can always modify my schedule.

i've been told that with anadrol it's possible to injure yourself and not realize it until much later. i'm not sure if this is true. anyone have any experience with that.
 
im not too sure about that...it hasnt happened to me.. you should just stick to simple...5 days a week once a day...simple works bro
 
thanks for the advice. i'm sure you know more about aas than i do so i'll take your advice. what kind of routine do you follow for a bulking cycle?
