im logan im 20 years old and i weigh 130lbs at the moment with some muscle but not a lot. i would like to get to about 145lbs and be nice tone and fit with more muscle. i am planning on working out every other day for 30 mins and using creatine and protein and also eating whole unprocessed foods.
is there any problems with this schedule and plan?
i used this plan when in high school and it worked great but now i want to be healthy live healthy and look healthy again
