Theory is lack of estrogen reduces gains. True - but again, only if taken to excess.

if you dont need them then dont take them but if you need them take them and fuck the gains you might have lost there shit compared to gyno any way.and for most there is no big deference at all.yes some people do take then in excess thats when it really hinders gains and becomes a problem

no way bro .5 adex ed is a very light ai it will help with estro and have almost no effect on gains at all.

I've found it to be just as effective on lower doses like I said - but everyone's different. I had good luck with .25mg eod even on fairly strong cycles.
