will my arms naturally catch up?

compared to the rest of my body, my arms are pretty small...im 210-215, pretty lean, but only have 16.5 arms...i think they look fairly big some days, but the measurements make me sick...im still young, only 20(for a few more hours:D )...the thing is, that my arms are pretty strong...curl 135x6 pretty strict, close grip 255x6, real good form...will they grow with maturity?

I feel like my arms are lagging too. Without knowing what your split and routine is like, it's hard to say. My initial thought is that everything else is coming along and your arms are staying the same or progressing more slowly, something could probably be changed to put more (or less) emphasis on them. I say less, because it could be possible, depending on your schedule that your arms never have time to properly recover. Sorry for the book. Maybe you could post more info though.

i do chest monday and back tuesday, and dont hit arms til friday! at times, il train arms twice a week(tris after chest and bis after back) and then il go into phases where i train just once a week...just started deadlifting heavy so maybe il see some indirect growth with those

If you're hitting your arms twice a week, you could possibly be overtraining them.

Guess it all depends on the intensity and volume.

my arms didn't start filling in until i began doing heavy deadlifts. focusing on weighted dips and close grip bench have helped as well. my biceps are worthless regardless of what i do.

i only work them twice a week every now and then just for something different...i love heavy dips and close grip, but may do skullcrushers before close grip for a little, just cuz it has been reverse for so long

i stared deadlifting a month ago and my arms have had noticable growth the past month. and im 16 and not done maturing... sooo like they said maybe deadlifts are a big help...... i would say do normal once a week arm work but just do it real well....... and deadlift lots becuz deadlifts are the best!

my arms have always been small and hard to grow, so for years I have put incredible intensity into killing them every time I go to the gym and it is paying off, but I still only hit them 1 time per week

shit I am tired

Leading by example is tough.... I have recently just started to train a friend. I normally don't train anyone cause the usually quit or complain and just let me down. But this person bugged me for so long and dropped the ego to get better at their sport.

So now I am teaching plyometrics, sprinting and olympic lifting, in addition to my own routine. The question is after this person knows the routine shout I just sit back and just supervise them?? I don't like the point of being another coach if I cannot perfom the same excercises I ask them to perform. Another dillemma...

We'll see if they quit by the end of today's double session;)

shit, I was suppose to post that as a thread, mods any help here, please.

Magman they will catch up, they are a smaller muscle group so the grow a little slower, I had to wait until 23 untill my grew at all
