Will it kill me to skip legs?

I just don't fucking feel like working legs this week. I've had a bad week any way and my knees are hurting. Fuck it! I'm going to be a rebel and not do legs tonight.

Maybe I'll do a few sets of squats on Saturday when I do arms.
 
I bet if you went in there and had a great leg workout tonight, afterwards you'd be happy you trained them.
 
Sure it won't hurt but then again its not gonna help. Go do legs.

If knees hurt switch to exercises for a week that don't hurt knee's. maybe machines loosen up with extensions and after a few sets pain will be gone.
if you do em you will probably feel better inside..

or do just hammys hard.
 
Its not skipping the leg workout that kills you its shortlay after the next time ya train em is when you pay for it :)
 
I skipped a leg workout last year. I think one a year is allowed. I really feel like shit and if I do make it to the gym I'll only have an hour to lift anyway.
 
just go ahead and do them, the worst thing that could happen is they grow. doing legs tonight will make you that much better
 
Dont be a pussy! Do legs and fuck arms. I hate training arms. I probably only hit my bis every other week, and when I do, I dont do much. BTW my arms measure a tad under 20" when pumped. I attributed the arm size to deads and squats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!galaxy
 
i NEVER feel like doing squats. :D but i do 'em anyway. inject pain in the quad, fucked up elbow, tired and not psyched.....gotta do it. if anything do some 20 repper squats with 1 minute rest then some leg extensions. those are no biggie.
 
Fuck that! If I take time off I get sore as fuck, and that one week off turns into 3 shitty weeks........galaxy
 
I just got back from legs. I am sipping my protein drink watching them twitch from being worked so hard. Its all over with a whole week until I kill them again. Sip, sip.

that is exactly what i look too when i am doing legs....no more of that bullshit for 5-6 days (3 on 2 off split).....so just bang it out and then two days off, then two more days of arms and chest and back and all.....then damn legs again :(. but i did em today and got two days off. lovely. :D
 
I wussed out. My knees just aren't doing well. Sometimes rest is best when you're feeling the bad kind of pain. I've jsut felt like shit this week. ( I found out I have a brain tumor on Monday)

I'll hit them next week. Maybe my knees will be better.:(
