Will I get fat if I keep eating like this?

12 ounce sirloin, three fried eggs, and a sweet potato with lots of butter for breakfast. That was early afternoon.

Two pieces of chocolate and an apple for a snack.

Three Burger King double cheeseburgers, medium fries, and a Hershey w/ almonds bar for lunch just a few minutes ago.

I'm going to have some Beef stew with Texas Toast for dinner, and probably another sirloin and sweet potato with butter for a snack before bed.

I'm trying to get a jump on springtime and lean up a little. Do y'all think I need to change anything or is this good?

I did my cutting and hit 193 as a low for my audition during the last week of September....


224 tonite at around 10% BF so I'm lovin life at the moment

What kind of stuff do you eat right now? Steak is a bit pricey, but I don't buy it all the time. When you think about it though, people spend more on shitty ass convenience foods (like Burger King and pre-prepared shit in the store). Sweet taters are dirt cheap. I think choice sirloin runs a little under $4 a pound around here. You can eat a nice steak and a big ass sweet potato for under $4. Still, being a broke college student is a bitch so I can see where you're coming from.

Corn- you're at 224 and only 10%? Thats pretty narly dude. :)

Time to start getting in shape for Spring Break! Thats my annual goal. I'm too old for that but some of the chicks like older men and I definitely like tight, young enthusiastic bodies. I'm thinking S. Padre again. Their Spring Break rocks.

Really they're not all that bad, and of course I am joking about wanting fat sausage tits. Heh heh heh. Also, I don't usually pig out like I kind of am today, but I've been really hungry the last couple of days so I figure my body must want it for something. Except the cheeseburgers- I just ate those because it was my only option at the time. :)

Ham, cheese tomato toasted sandwich and milkshake for breakfast.

Hamburger with egg for lunch

apple, banana and orange for mid arvo snack

chicken schnitzel with melted cheese and rice for dinner

Banana smoothie before bed

Life is good when you have a fast metabolism:D

I screwed a chicken in its schnitzel once.

Is "arvo" what you down under folks called afternoon? I may have to start using that one.

i'm paying about $3.99/lb for top sirloin round these parts. the chicken is what's relatively expensive right now at $2.99/lb. i used to be able to get my yard bird for $1.99/lb and sometimes it would go on sale for $1.69/lb. i probably need to start taking my ass up to sam's wholesale and hooking up the chicken there. thank god oatmeal's cheap as dirt. so is 1% milk right now at only $1.99/gallon. mmkay this was the most exciting and hilarious post i've ever made.

Yep....Elite should do a Spring Break. The local police would take years to recover. So would a couple vaginas. Yikes....AAP may show so I better add anuses as well.
 
If i ate like you youngsters, I'd be fatter than a hog. Today I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Granola bar for midmorning snack. Grilled chicken with swiss sandwich, mixed fruit for lunch. Protein drink for afternoon snack. 2 chicken breasts and bowl of cereal b4 workout. Just got home. Probably will have another protein drink. I still need to lose an inch in my waist.

Yes sir. I do not get constipated, but with my high protein diet, I fart like a packmule. Seriously though for longevity I believe that a clean diet will pay dividends. I season the heck out of my food so it's not bland.

Shit man, why can't you buy more food? That sucks. If you have access to a stove, but more shit that you can prepare. Eggs, tuna, Chicken breasts with bone and skin (cheaper and taste better), beans, cornbread mix, oatmeal, potatoes and sweet potatos. Damn dude, ya gots ta eat. Being hungry is no way to be.

Bro I am a certified trainer and, shit and let me tell you 3 bowl of cereal in the morning is catabolic as fuck.

Youcan't grow nothing but a pair of big titties eating your bowl of loop fruits when you wake up.


don't get me wrong i like to get wasted as fuck on the wekends and sometimes drink a 12 pack during the week but i eat chicken and all week so it's cool.

just PM me if you need help with that diet because im certified and do this all day for bitches and skinny fucks

Hmmmmm... You were barely at 10% percent in that cutting avatar of yours, so there's no way you're now at 10%, almost 30 pounds later. :rolleyes:

neways you made gains bro i can see them. but you still have to not eat the cereals because there is not any protein in cereal except maybe from the milk and lactose atoms.,

try adding some skinned chicken in there to eat like the big boys and GROW
