You may gain 20+ pounds on a D-Bol only cycle but I dought you will keep it. Try stacking it with some Test and you should be able to reach your goals provided your diet and training are good. Try this
D-Bol at 30mg/Day for weeks 1-5
Test at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Clomid for post cycle. If you are looking to see your abs, sit ups and crunches may strengthen your abs and make them more pronounced but lowering your body fat is the only way to get those bastards to show. Good Luck!
