Will Gear make me cry?

Hello All,

I have taken a good 3 years off gear now and I think that in about 6 months time I'll cycle again. Now, in my previous cycles I handled all the sides (poor slleping patterns etc) very well and was much the same riverrock as the one before cycling.

However, I have had a few emotional setbacks in the past 12 months that haven't interfered with my professional life, but has made my personal life very difficult. I am concerned that I will become an emotional bag of nerves if I cycle (as I've been warned by a gym friend) Is this true?

RiverRock,
Unless you react to testosterone in a unique way, I'd think that test would make you feel better, not worse, emotionally, etc.
Just as long as you keep estrogen in check, that is.

Everybody's different...some don't get any emotional sides. The only things that can mess with me are clomid during pct and eq. (slight anxiety). It's a good sign you handled everything well in your previous cycles, so I wouldn't worry about it. Who knows, you could go on your cycle, get huge, lift a ton, and feel like a million bucks.

I'm not sure what is going on in your personal life...if it's something like serious depression, I'd say screw the cycle and wait until things are more "balanced".

I went through a traumatic personal experience in January of this year. It started a few days after my winter cycle did, and I was considerably less affected because of the gear. It made me feel on top of the world and able to deal with anything. Just be careful.....I also ended up jumping into a relationship with some stupid bitch who I thought was the most wonderful thing since the invention of the wheel. When I came off the gear I saw her for who she really was. Oh well....the sex was great during the cycle :D

classic

On cycle you shouldnt run into issues... OFF cycle is when the problems get to people... gotta do your PCT 100% and stay away from clomid lol

nolv, aromisin, AIFM, HCG, HMG, Vit E... some combination of those run properly and you should be fine

Yes, but only when you finish using it. When the test stops flowing you become a wimpy cry baby. So just take it and don't stop and you'll never cry.

Got clomid coming up, gonna hide my copy of The Notebook.

LMAO

clomid + that movie is the reason i'm now back with my ex..... :D

plus, she's a good woman

i wouldn't use clomid during pct river. It will cause you to have a big emotional roller coaster. Usually, people get emotional or depressed during pct due to the estrogen levels rising etc. As long as you keep those in check with nolva /hcg - u should be fine. Also, don't run a huge cycle. The more steroids - the more emotional u'll get. Play it safe, run a decent amount but not to high and gauge how you feel. You should be fine :)

really depends on the gear used. your planned cycle?

as a note- going back on AAS can also help with emotional issues that stem from a lower T/E ratio. have you had your testosterone and estrogen levels checked- you may be mildly suppressed...

Coming off cycle is when you will see it, if it is going to happen. At least that's how it is with me. I have gone into depression when coming off. Even with using the proper PCT. Maybe I didn't use enough? Who knows? Everybody is different. That, unfortunately, turns all of this into an experiment until we each know how we will respond to different anabolics. Get all of your PCT you think you will need together. Then get a little more, just in case.

Some excellent points. As a point of information, I work as a teacher of Business and economics. No problems holding myself together in class even when the kids act up and I'm full of testesterone!

The points about estrogen is a good one. I had bad moods on clomid before in that I couldn't get to sleep through feeling sorry for myself until about 4am every night!!!

I'll give it a go and see how it works. I can't imagine it being too bad. Never get rage as such but am worried about being emotional. No point roaring crying in class while we're watching a DVD or something!!!!
