Will Be Running an Alpha T-2/Erase/Ultima/DAA LOG!

HAHA, yeah the main reason I am able to push is because of my drive/heart/will to keep going, that is the main reason I joined MMA because of my will to fight every battle in life and never give up. I want to get a vid for ya good peeps, my first problem is I have no one close to me that has a camcorder. Secondly, even I composed a vid, I don't know how to get it onto a forum LOL. I aint cpu savy at all. Lets put it like this, I am better at animalistic things than technology based stuff...
 
NO YA QUEER, It should have video capturing on there! hahaha you can film a workout and I'll help you post it.

Sounds like a plan to me. I wouldn't mind seeing some of these beastly workouts so I know what I have to live up to. No homo of coarse :D
 
Well, T-2 has completely killed my appetite. Like to a point where it might not be good, plus the only thing I feel like eating is carbs. Which is no bueno. I only ate twice today, a decent breakfast, not super clean, and then Chicken and steamed veggies. I played ball so I burned cals more than what was in breakfast. I felt great, I was very positive today which I think is also the T-2 and the Erase. Here is my only gripe. I don't know if I'm burning fat. Since It's killed the appetite, which is also killing my thirst, I'm not taking enough water in to shed the subQ water. Needless to say I look flat, fat, and unbuff. So I'm a little distraught. Any advice my good brothers?
 
I was taking erase and a liposhred stack at the same time. And I managed to burn alot of fat off. (I posted a before and after in pictures section).

My suggestion....Since I know how it is. Sometimes I would only eat about 2-3 pieces of bread a day, is to plan out an easting schedule. Id suggest to plan it out, hungry or not, just eat what you have planned and nothing more. Maybe have a snack like a better bar handy or something.

As for water intake, I also had that problem. And to solve it, honestly. With the pills in the morning id just chug and chug the water right there. And Id mainly just think, yeah im not thirsty or hungry, but I need the water. So I just chugged massive quanities at once rather than sippin on it during the day, because it was just unappetizing if i was intaking something all day.

Dont know if these are very healthy tips or not, but they worked for me.

Let me look for that part of the camera, and if its applicable, I will need to bring my lil bro or someone to take the vid while I workout because I circuit train, I am a lonewolf so people at the gym really don't dare to even look at me LOL, I kind of feel bad, I think they think I am an animal trapped inside a human body.:D
