I have a rotator cuff injury from college football and separated the same shoulder. During high school. I never got the surgery and opted to just go with rehab. I've been training Mma since I stopped playing ball and my shoulder is pretty f-ed! I was just wondering if I could run deca purely for the joint healing purpose? If anyone has any experience with this please let me know. I am not currently injured just day to day life is extremely painful. As everyone here knows giving up training is not an option. I'm fighting Father Time so taking time off the mat is not an option either.
