wierd question

same thing happens to me. i notice if i keep sodium intake really, really low, drink shitloads of water and avoid caffeine (don't know if there is any positive correlation with caffeine intake and looking 'ripped'), I can keep my 'morning look'.

I get that too. It's definately water though. I just try not to look in the mirror after 5pm. :D
