Why wouldn't you add clen to EVERY cycle?

I'm asking this question assuming that, whether bulking or cutting, you wanna keep off or lose as much fat as possible... (fine, put on that water when you're bulking, but no fat...).

Does it have any anti-anabolic effects? I'm planning a lean-mass cycle of test/eq/anavar/winny pretty soon to add like 10-15lbgs LEAN MASS and, although I'm cutting out the cardio during that time for teh most part, I can't see a good reason not to use clen during that time too... it really just means less post-cycle-dnp/cardio, doesn't it?

Any reason not to?

(BTW, I'm on an anavar-only cycle right now, why shouldn't I add clen to that one...?)

My .02 is that clen will up your metabolism so while you can gain muscle and keep off fat, you will have to basically drown yourself in food to make up for the caloric deficit caused from clen. It doesnt sound worth it to me. I would save it for a cutting cycle later on, but that is just my opinion.

Ahh... so basically the same reason I'm leaving cardio out, right?

Can anyone confirm that that's how it works? (i.e. creating more of a calorie deficit)

Where are all you guys who hate clen?
Here I am :D. Personally I would rather be on DNP at 200mg crystal a day than clen. I just dont like the sides I get..... and DNP is much more effective :)
 
Clen is anticatabolic all through a cycle, it tends to lower cortisol as well as burn fat. If you are on clen with restricted calories it tends to make the muscles flat. In many cases you appear to be in a catabolic state. If you restrict your calories to low you wiil go catabolic i.e. pre contest.
 
Doesn't clen cause decreased levels of T3 too after awhile? I would think this would lead to lowered protein synthesis which combined with the caloric deficit would severely hamper a bulking cycle.
 
Clen and eca lead to lowered levels of T3. T3 at a higher dose is quite catabolic. As for the rest of your question Chaos5000 I'm unsure of the answer off hand, you may be right, I would think not though, but I don't know.:confused:
 
You can't bulk with a calorie deficit, when using clen in a bulking cycle you need to add even more calories to your diet. Myself I would never use clen while bulking.
