Why whey Isolate Rocks! High Biological value (BV)

Hahaha ... I didnt know that the hell you were talking about Satch, (mr. spelling bee champion). Dosent that speak for itself!! That dosent make me feel any better ... I am late for work and have to give a huge presentation in front of a lot of people (i hate doing that kind of shit), and I got about 2 1/2 hrs sleep last night. Should be interesting.

Take Care,
Mavy

All of this is very true, but we need different proteins for different times of the day... For instance, my ion exchanged whey taken at night before bed as an anti-catabolic shake is inferior to the night time formula I had www.proteincustomizer.com whip up for me.

I had them make me this:

30% micellar caseain
30%casein
20%egg
20%milk isolate.

This has solved my night tiime dilemma of how to make my protein last longer through a night of sleep.

I've been using Isopure for about 3yrs now & I've found it to be a good tasting, easy to drink whey isolate that isn't that expensive if you buy it in the 8.8lb tubs. In fact gram for gram it's actually cheaper than most. I get 8.8lbs (44 50g servings) for around $58 at www.dpsnutrition.net It's also loaded with aminos. The most appealing hting to mean is the taste & how thin it is which makes it very easy to drink. I used to use myoplex & that like a lot of other shakes was like drinking a cup full of cake batter w/powdery lumps in it.

Any opinions on CFM Whey Isolate vs. Ion Exchange Whey Isolate? I've used CFM so interested in hearing the differences (and yes I 've read the stuff proteinfactory has to say about the differences on their site). I'm looking for experiences from guys who've tried them both.

Eviscerator, how is proteincustomizer's service? Any complaints?

I ordered and 5 days later I got it... No complaints at all. Since it was my own formula there is no "Nutritional Facts" insert breaking down the Carb/Protein/Fat content, but I can pretty much guestimate my 50-60 grams.
