Why the hell is my bicep twitching?

I hit arms hard as hell on Thursday and ever since then, my left bicep has been twitching like hell almost non stop. What the fuck is wrong with it? It doesnt hurt or anything, just twitches, like a muscle spasm or something? Has this happened to anyone else?

yes, lay off it for a couple of days and you will be fine. Nothing to panic unless it happens for a long period of time.

That happens to me once in a while. My bi twitches and if I move my arm it goes away. I like it.

Could be what the others said, or maybe you could be turning into a homosexual one body part at a time. It starts with twitching you know.

MY LEGS HAVE BEEN TWITCHING FOR MONTHS NOW, NO PAIN THOUGH. HAS NOT EFFECTED MY TRAINING.
