Works for me.... I don't have the discipline to do a BBer's diet, so a lifting I will go...lol I'm Italian, I love my Lasagna, Ravioli, Capicola, and just won't give it up...

Im trying to find the pic I have with Phil Phister (sp?) I look like a midget... he was a cool guy though-- but not as cool as bfold

I have met Phil several times and spoken to both him and his wife on the phone quite a few times too. He is one heck of a guy...AND his hands are FREAKIN' HUGE!!!!!!

He has proven himself time and time again as a strongman, a competitor, a friend, and an all around great guy. You have done nothing of the kind, and I don't think you will.
