What the hell are you talking about not that your opinion matters a whole hell of a lot to me? I never once flamed Nelson in this thread. In fact, I provided studies that supported his position. Please read through the thread before you make suggestions on what I should or should not say. Thanks because you're obviously misinformed.

JA, this is what I meant by an unnecessary dig at Nelson. Considering all you've been through with him it would seem to me that you should refrain from ANY personal remarks concerning him -- even if it's meant as a joke. Just leave him alone for cry out loud! I don't understand why you and Fonz find it so hard to just address his arguments directly without making any personal references to him. It always leads to a flame fest and inevitably ruins a good thread.

It is sort of funny, however, given your past with NM, that you now preach taking the high road when it comes to flaming.

Hey, I'm always down for a good flame fest but let's at least call a spade a spade. We are all guilty of the very thing we constantly are accussing other people of doing. Always remember, when you point one finger at someone else you have three fingers pointing back at you.

Also, I promised a few of the Mods here that I would cool it with Nelson so I'm trying to keep to my word however tempting it may be at times to let loose. You know what I mean JJ?

Thats why I respect Nelsons opinion more than most others. As a fellow old geeser, I value life experience more than internet comprehension. One of them cannot be memorized overnight. Staying in shape while in your late thirties is not the easiest thing to do in the world.

Nelson's sig was removed yesterday. I think if "Mr. Spellwin" had a problem with what Fonz did he would have restored Nelson's sig by now. It's not exactly like it went unnoticed.

Okay, I don't know if it is that you cannot comprehend what I say, or if you are just totally blind to any other opionion, or if you just purposely try to change the wording, But, I was saying that George Spellwin would most likely have a problem if HIS post was removed, since HE put it there. And my base cycle is Test(250/week)+Fina(50mg/day). That keeps my bodyweight in the 180-187lbs range.

If not......I would drop to 165lbs.

From what I have read it is very similar in chemical structure to primo (primo is it's closest chemical cousin) and the effects are the same: no aromatization, few sides, etc.

I have had great results with 1-AD which is the precursor to 1-test. I have also tried transdermal 1-test and 4-AD but there is a lot of bloat from the test aromatizing. I would like to try pure 1-test transdermal.

From what I have read the transdermal is the way to go. There are a few commercially available preparations. Injections apparently hurt way too much....ooh wait...Primo injections hurt too...yet another similarity.....coincidence?
