if u trying to gain wweight, eat eat and eat, yes u can mix carbs protein and even fat in same meal, so what if u gain some fat , but if u trying to get big u have to eat BIG and u wont stay cut by eating big, i hanged oout with some pros, when they not compiting they dont even look like bodybuilders they eat shit load of food, they eat so much that they throw up , so if weight gain is what u looking for eat up.. i listend to them and at 19 and 5.6ft i was 228% bodyfat, and never done a cycle, Right Nutrition will either make u or brake u, juice is just icing on cake , yes it plays big part but with out right food juice aint nothing.
