I think the CDC is a pretty reliable source to back up what I'm saying. AIDS stays in the faggot community becasue of the risk factors associated with buttfucking. As I've said before (and almost all people in the medical community say as well), AIDS is spread through blood and semen. Buttfucking involves both. That is the reason AIDS is so predominate among queers.

If your argument about it starting in one community and staying in the same community is valid then I guess it's purely coincidental that the problem is the same for queers on the west coast and queers on the east coast as well as queers in Arkansas.

I can completely understand not being particularly comfortable with gays or the lifestyle associated with it. If its not your preference and you can't understand it or find much good about it-that's relatively "normal" as far as behavior goes in the case of a straight person who doesn't particularly support the gay lifestyle.
But a true homophobe- one (usually a male) who hates and dedicates personal time to deriding gays- one who would have no real problem with performing a violent hate crime on a gay, merely because of that persons gender preference, obviously has serious self-image and sexual comfort issues of their own.
They are, in fact, not only a homophobe, but most likely, a closet case themselves- seriously worried about their own sexuality and wishing to eradicate any evidence of that lifestyle they fear they might actually belong to.
