i gave clen a shot when it was more popular on this board.. i think after PLJ used clen in his cycle is when the popularity peaked on here. after a few days on i started getting the shakes during the day on it.. then after a week on i started getting horrible heart burn every night where i couldn't even move. i then stopped taking it and the sides kept going for 3 days then went away. i threw the bottle away and never again will i touch. is it worth those sides vs. just doing a few laps around the track after your workout instead? thats the question you gotta ask yourself.
