Why doesnt everyone just do this??

after 5 cycles, im down with recomping now, the bulk/cut just doesn't get it.. the lose of strength messes with my head too much.
 
Shit on all out bulks.

1. I don't really have any desire to be huge in the BBer sense.

2. I've been upwards of 250 at 5'10" and it wasn't pretty. I was strong as fuck but my sleep was shit and I felt miserable all the time.

3. I like to be able to run, jump, play sports, surf, and ride trails. That's not happening at a swoled up 250.

4. I look better at a lean 200 then I every did at a bulked out 250. Consuming the amount of food required to maintain an extreme amount of mass shortens your life. Forcing your body to constantly digest food will send you to an early grave.

5. In my experience the ladies seem to prefer a sleek look over a bulked out bber look. I like getting poon.
 
Say no to carbs for a recomp

WRONG. I dont know why so many people think you have to toss carbs out the window to get lean. Check my log, my before and after pics, I was consistently eating AT LEAST 300 grams of carbs/day for the last few weeks leading up to my final pics. It all comes down to a CALORIE DEFICIT. eat clean in a deficit and you will lose fat. there are general rules for carbs such as not eating them too close to bed time. but in general, there are more reasons to eat carbs than to not eat carbs.
