It's perfectly healthy for women to have a higher amount of body fat. As we age, we all gain more organ or visceral fat too, so when you are crunching numbers in the Jackson-Pollack skin fold formula it takes account for that. He is a young buck and that diet of his may be packing on the pounds, but I'd hate to see his blood lipids.

actually Im about 17, wich makes it 35 lbs of fat, to look like Olympians and have about 5 % Id need to lose a bit more than 20 lbs, and who the FUCK are you to say anything to me about lifting.

If you'd take time to notice, later on in the thread I was trying to be somewhat constructive. Take you attitude elsewhere, sonny boy, I don't want to play anymore. It's like looking on the short bus for a chess match.

That was at the enlisted club on base at Naval Training Center Orlando, now closed. Go there on Friday evening about 6:30 PM, pick up some hot chick fresh out of boot camp and take her out for a night of frolic. Good times. By the following Monday she was normally transferred out to her next duty station. Geebus, I was a slut back then.
