Why does this happen every time I end???

Shirlz, no anxiety or ill feeling.

Family heart history is ok. Grandfather had 2 heart attacks. BUT....he never went to the doc, was from the depression generation, ate 2 huge meals every day, Mashed potatoes and gravy all the time type deal... put salt on everything, didnt take care of himself at all. So I chalk that up to his own fault.

The coke thing was only for about 4 months culminating with the above incident. Again this was 16 years ago and before ever using any aas.

And FWIW my BP is like 126/66 ....<that would be about an average reading. The top doesnt really get over 132 and the bottom doesnt really get over 72 unless i take stims or dring sugar free red bull.
Resting HR is apx 56.

I'm going to order some HCgenerate and Unleashed and a few other things and just drop the test and run a 6 wk or so PCT. Clean everything out of my system thats synthetic and see how I feel.
As I said, the palpitations have all but stopped (98%) I do notice off and on throughout the day I feel a little wierdness in the bottom of my throat at the base of my neck thats heart beat related but theres no skipping or palpitating.

Also you more knowledgable folks, Shirlene, ect.... I have started alot of core work EOD as I stated before. Which is obviously killer cardio. Very stressful. Could my heart be reacting just as a normal muscle would because im working the fuck out of it. Meaning...a little off the next day ect...?
Last night I did among other things a bunch of sets of 35 lb kettel bell snatches. Totally kicked my ass...heart pounding like a fucker.(no skips though)

Im just not sure...could your heart be reacting to stress?? sure...but increased hr and or palps (which dont need to have an increased rate to occur) would occur during that stress or ocurr after that stress if there is an underlying damage
your hr increases because of adrenaline
and I'm linking a good explanation in how this fits in here
Epinephrine - used, first, blood, body, produced, function, Early Research and Use, Hormones and the Body, Catecholamines, Vasopressors

palps can also be a problem with release of this hormone but are better described as a "misfire" of the nodes of the heart....
Im wondering if this is a case of correlation being confused with causation however because Im not coming up with a good rational reason why this might be the case unless your adrenals are simply incredibly stressed and coming off test somehow helps trigger a bigger stressor
endocrinology is my strong suit but Im still not wrapping my head around this

I know I do have some added life stress right now as of the last few weeks. Will be resolved soon. I know its affecting me more than I think because i have bouts of my left eye twitching non stop. Thats a key indicator for me that im stressed when I may not realize it.
Using the term "misfire" in your analogy is dead on for a description of feel though.

let me rephrase that...entirely...I would suggest a B vit based stress complex supp which will probably include zinc and C too
and an additional 250mg of magnesium a day on top of any multi you may be taking
and unless youre cutting...eat a baked potato and its skin daily (way higher in potassium than a banana) ...and for all of the above I dont really care what supps or vitamins youre already taking
if you are cutting substitute the baked potato for an avocado (also way higher than potass than a banana) and see what all of the above does for the palps

Anxiety isn't always nervousness. It's a wrong signal that send cortisol and adrenaline into the bloodstream for no apparent reason. A fluctuation of hormones -- even from high to normal, can trigger it, even if it doesn't necessarily cause it. My guess is, you have an ongoing condition -- it's just showing itself at those times.

actually...anxiety always includes a surge of adrenaline/cortisol...when its inappropriate or exaggerated in relation to the stressor its a short circuit of the "fight or flight" response
so you're spot on ...more or less :)

I take a B12 liquid and a b-complex cap. But havnt taken them in a couple weeks.
Im also not cutting in a strict sense. Being relegated to the type of work out i mentioned previously I have been slacking on everything diet wise for a few weeks. Which I dont mind so much taking a month or so break from discipline every now and then.
I'll get back on the B-vit wagon this afternoon though.

Nelson, are you referring to possibly an ongoing anxiety condition? Anxiety from stress or being a worry monger possibly?
I suppose it could be possible. Definatley not the nervous type or the typical anxiety attack type though. Stress does eat at me more than I think when I do have it though.
