Funny how a bunch of idiots are topping the Forbest list of richest americans under 40. Master p is ranked 10th, with Puff Daddy ranked 11th. Both having almost 294 million dollars. Those two guys are both truely intelligent entrepeneurs. Please find me any rock star, country western, pop, artist with that much money. You can't, cause if there were Forbes would be listing them. Unlike most others division of the music industry, the rap portion spawns a greater number of intelligent business men who are successful entrepeneurs than any of the others.

I agree, rappers are dumb.

LOL I can only laugh bro.

on a side note though, in those two guys case, money does prove they are smart businessmen. For the simple fact they didn't make 297 million dollars just from rappin themselves. That is virtually impossible. Plus it is a known fact all the different business startups they have created which have grown into multi-million dollar establishments. Several other very intelligent self made millionaires include dr dre, ice cube, scarface, irv gottie, camron, jay z, jermaine dupri, cash money blah blah blah the list is too long.

CORRECTION:

Rappers, cure, scream and joack = DUMB

Hello sir, as Scream is my name shouldn’t it start with a caps? mmmmm now mister i liked the little ditty you done for me above there sir, it is rather funny i may even jiggy to it sir. i also notice you have a peacock in your avatar sir, did you rape that peacock sir? i cant tell because you seem to have gagged it and it seems to me that you have done that on purpose sir so the little guy cant tell us of all the nasty things you do to it...

Now sometimes i wish i was dumb sir as then maybe i could be like you sir and waste quite a lot of my life making 3040 odd posts full of dumb shit sir. cos then i could tell other peeps they are dumb cos i am, cos only dumb people spend the majority of their time on the net sir. Then i could sit back and say all rappers are dumb cos they are successful in their own right. What is it you actually do sir? Are you a full time poster sir? How much does that pay sir? One day if i become incapacitated i too may be a full-time poster sir. Just like you ol’chap. You really sound like a prick sir, are you like that in real life, or are you actually quite a clever chap in real life...so what’s it to be peacock man? do you drink pepsi or tea?

Why is this becoming a black/white issue? I agree that P.Diddy is a shrewed businessman. I just don't like the persona that goes along with the majority of rap stars. Why is everything bling bling bling or ching ching ching or murder or gangsta?? What's the message that's going out to young black kids? Hey, the only way you can get bling bling and ho's is by becoming a rap star and get down with the thuggin.

As far as you Joack, I don't recall giving you permission to reply to my post so shut the fuck up bitch befo I bust a cap in yo ass!

To whoever said

"Its a black thing you wouldnt understand"
If everyones gonna flame the guy for that, then i should probably give him some support and admit that I laughed at that.

Fuck, while im getting myself flamed for supporting this guy

I think the whole rap image is riddiculos. I think the fact that every single black kid on my street has lost every last ounce of individuality and traded it in for a band-aid brand bandage on their cheek, and a 12.00 tin dollar sign, and a pair of airforce ones is pretty fucking riddiculos.
I think its unfortunate that i laughed at "its a black thing and you wouldnt understand" thinking "ha, its so true". Thats a sad state of affairs. When you can pass off acting like someone else as being a black thing. Its sad that commercialized hip hop has so much emphesis on being "black music" in the first place. and all the non-black players in it are called "wiggers, chiggers, chigros or rotten eggs" by the uneducated masses. Who if they had a clue what real hip hop was all about would know that its gone far beyond being "black music". (btw, for anyone who dosent know a chigro stands for chineese negro, and rotten egg basically means an asian kid thats yellow on the outside and black on the inside) I mean its at the point now, where its like calling a black guy playing basketball, some whiteman wannabe. Afterall it was invented by a white guy. My point? we live in an intergrated society, so cultural inventions are shared. If you want to limit them to one group, then your supporting racial segregation. So for all of you who are about to call me a racist, you better have read that last line, and include it in your rebutles when you quote me. Because that best sums up my beliefs.

Ontop of all this, this commercial hip hop bullshit not only compltely abandoned the real essence of hip hop, but is misinforming many of who would normally would have been oblivious individuals. And Speaking as a dedicated hip hop head and breaker who is very active in my cities hip hop scene. Id much rather see people totally unaware of the word, without any preconceptions. Then have them comming to jams expecting to see MCs rollin up in Lincolns, instead of getting off the 97. Let alone actually hearing lyrics that represent some serious skill and practice... Unless you consider "Holla Holla" skilled.

Diffrent bussiness start ups... in the post before you said name one artist thats done that... Jenifer Lopez.
The fact that these guys have clothing and record labels, car dealerships. And all that shit has nothing to do with their entrepreneurial talent. Its not as though rappers are some group thats been gifted by the bussiness god. But yet they are part of a group. Or genre. The rap genre. And they are AS YOU CLAIM" the only muscians in the forbes richest people in america book or whatever the fuck it was. So how do the two connect. Probably not on the intellegence of the individuals. But on the marketability of their genre. Hip hop is more image based then country or rock as you pointed out. So of course there going to be more succsesful selling clothing and other things of the sort.

Now on a personal note, and one that i have no facts on, jsut total suspicion. I doubt the idea for these shoot offs came from the rappers, I doubt they even have much say in the bussiness. They just put their face on it. As "wu-wear" or whatever else, and get a real bussiness man to market and manage it for them.
Come on, do you really think a guy who hasnt even graduated highschool has the ability to succsesfully market a clothing company to its full potential on the international market. That takes more than intuition. That takes knowledge, of marketing patterns and corporate managment
Im going to put my money on no. But if you want to take the other side of that bet id be glad to lighten your wallet a bit for you.
