Why do you "taste the oil" after injecting?

Im very curiois about this. Why do you taste the oil just after injecting?? It happened to me every single time throughout my 7 week cycle (got 3 to go)

have never experienced this myself. Where are you shooting up in your tongue? Lol. JK. Maybe someone else has experienced something similar. Love the smell though.

In my quad. gear is deca and sustanon. I thought i was going crazy the 1st time but ive confirmed it every time during these 7 weeks. I don't know how to describe the taste though.

Never had this happen once.

I have no idea.

P.S. I actually thought this thread would be about literally tasting the oil by licking the needle after an injection...

I have read on other forums that tasting the oil means hitting a vein but im sure i didn't hit a vein for 7 consecutive weeks lool

yeah i feel the oil in my mouth sometimes too, i was wondering about this also maybe it has something to do with the oil being quickly circulated into the blood

no way - this sounds wack.

There seems to be no logical physiological reasoning for tasting oil after intramuscular injection.

However the brain does work in strange in ways

happened to me only with sustanon never with CYp. I also wondered it was an oily taste that wouldnt go away. Learned to live with it till sust was gone now no issues with cyp. BTW both are pharm grade not UG...

What usually causes this is. When you put a pin into your muscle you pass through a series of veins and capillaries. After you have pushed the gear into the area and remove the pin the gear doesn's stay in that spot completely.
YOu have probably had the oil come to the surface a time or to. However the oil is trying to find a way out and some of it gets absorbed into the small veins and capillaries you have passed through.
hence the taste.

Yes I've had that taste lots an lots of times, and yes usually when in the quad. I tad worrying, but goes quickly, Ive also had that feeling like some chemicals could be going through your lungs as you have a bit of a cough and weird sensation. has never been anything other than a bit worrying, but you do wonder about embolism now and then. Here is your answer:

You hit a vein. Where does the vein take blood? To the lungs to get oxygen, to then be pumped by the heart back into arteries to take to the tissue. Soooo, when it hits your lung and you exhale, some of the substance comes in the vapor out of your mouth and across your tongue and you taste it.

I used to be an IV meth addict. Real cool I know. But - talk about tasting the substance. Holy. Shit.

PS - don't do meth. Take care of your body, workout, and do steroids. :D

Your exactly right, He is probably injecting in the same spot. And I know one time in particular I hit a vein in my glute and defilnitely tasted the oil in the back of my throat

And what does that have to do with "taste". When I get a cut on my skin, I don't "taste" whatever is that cut me that got into the blood or capillarys. I don't believe any of this. It does say there are taste buds in the lungs, but they only taste "bitter" things, and don't send signals to the brain.

Read my post 5 above yours dude. It is the only complete and true answer on this thread. Everyone needs to stop asking questions and just read my answer. All of your curious little questions will be answered.

Exactly^

I never tasted it, but I sometimes coughed with trenbelone. I did not like the cough as it was like restricting from inhaling at the same time. I am sure that I did not hit a vein since I aspirate the syringe each time plus using the glutes as an injection site.
