Why Do I Get So Many Headaches

Drink more water. Make sure you're getting enough sodium too though.
 
i drink 5 litres of water a day it cant be water, maybe ill try more sodium, fuck off hotzie u fuckin chicken fucker

klu honestly i think ur right, i have troubles seeing lately and my eyes burn all the time
 
Very good possibility it is related to your back, and also do you grind your teeth at night?? My dentist made me a mouth guard I wear at nite, and my headaches I used to get, vanished..

yup, of course im right, im SoKlueles but im not klueles:)
seriously tho, id go get my eyes checked if i were you, and if u get glasses, your headaches will probably go away because your eyes dont have to strain to see:)

I know it sounds kinda corny wearing a mouth guard, I never would have thought of it, but my dentist said he noticed my molars were wearing down, and asked if I get headaches.. And I said yes, almost every morning.. He made me a mouth guard, and sure enough, the headaches were no more..

It might be a little uncomfortable, my dentist made me one that fits exactly on my teeth.. Made impressions and everything. Im sure your hockey one, could work too..

I used to get constant headaches and regular migraines until I cut wheat out -- undiagnosed food allergy/intolerance. It was tough to find since wheat/gluten is in everything.

When I was working my last full time "real" job the building was really run down, I used to start getting headaches at exactly the same time every day (I thought it was just because my boss was a total asshole and I had hit my tolerance level after four hours). When the owner had the chimney relined the headaches stopped. Apparently there was minor carbon monoxide leak into the building.

I have a pet theory that, exclusive of sinus/TMJ problems, headaches are indicative of toxin exposure, whether outright toxins (such as alcohol or carbon monoxide or chemical) or through food sensitivities/allergies/intolerances.

There is also a situation called rebound headaches ... that means you take so damn much headache medicine that you've become habituated to the stuff and get a headache when you HAVEN'T taken a headache pill.

i dont know woot i used to get headaches everyday and they did a cat scan and a mri and everything came back fine i dont know maybe i have adult add lol good luck bro hope they get better
